Tivio Player is a native macOS app for Xtream Codes providers and M3U playlists. A real EPG guide, movies and series with resume, and rock-solid playback — talking directly to your provider, and no one else.
macOS 14+ · Apple Silicon & Intel
Built for macOS from the first line — not a web wrapper or a port.
Sparkle-powered updates straight from the menu bar. No account needed.
Your provider credentials live in the macOS Keychain, never in a config file.
No analytics, no telemetry, no middleman servers. The app talks only to your provider.
A graphite, TV-native look that stays out of the way of what you’re watching.
Universal app, fast on everything from an M-series MacBook to older Intel Macs.
Bring your own access
Tivio Player organises and plays media from an Xtream Codes-compatible provider or M3U playlist you already use. Tivio does not supply subscriptions, channels, programme data, or video.
Tivio does not provide, sell, host, retransmit, license, or endorse television channels or media catalogues.
Connect only providers and play only content that you are legally entitled to access in your location.
Tivio is not affiliated with IPTV providers, broadcasters, channels, studios, or other rights holders.
Provider names, channel marks, programme listings, and artwork displayed by the app are supplied by the service configured by the user. See our Content Policy & Terms.
Explore Tivio
Live channels, a proper guide, films and complete series—without leaving the player.
Fast channel surfing
Browse by category, star your favorites, and find any channel instantly. Keyboard channel-zapping makes Tivio feel like a television instead of a file manager.
A real programme grid
Channels stay pinned while you move through the timeline, quality variants remain grouped, and a live now-line keeps the entire schedule easy to read.
Your provider’s catalogue
Browse posters without noisy controls, search across the catalogue, and resume a movie from the exact moment you stopped watching.
Episodes in order
Jump between seasons and episodes, continue from your last position, and let the next episode begin automatically when the credits roll.
VLC-powered playback
Tivio handles the HLS and MPEG-TS streams providers actually serve. If a stream drops or your Mac wakes from sleep, playback reconnects automatically.
Made for the big screen
Move from live channels to the programme guide and movie catalogue without changing apps or fighting through layers of controls.

Tivio Player works with services that provide Xtream Codes-compatible access, and with standard M3U playlists.
