1. Player software only
Tivio Player does not provide, sell, resell, license, host, upload, retransmit, or bundle IPTV subscriptions, television channels, programme-guide data, movies, series, or any other media. The app has no default provider and cannot be used until a user enters connection details for a compatible third-party service.
2. Your responsibility
By using Tivio, you agree that you will:
- Connect only services that you are authorised to access.
- Play only content for which you have the necessary rights or permission.
- Follow your provider's terms and all copyright, broadcast, and other laws that apply to you.
- Not use Tivio to facilitate infringement, unauthorised access, or unlawful distribution.
3. Third-party providers and content
Providers are independent third parties. Tivio does not control their availability, security, catalogues, metadata, billing, legality, or service quality. Tivio is not affiliated with or endorsed by any provider, broadcaster, channel, studio, or rights holder unless explicitly stated.
Provider names, channel names, logos, programme listings, posters, and other artwork shown in the app are returned by the service configured by the user. All third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
4. No content endorsement
Compatibility with a technical API does not mean Tivio has reviewed, approved, or authorised a provider or its media. You should assess a service's legitimacy before connecting it. Tivio may restrict or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, or platform requirements.
5. The Tivio software
Tivio's name, interface, code, graphics, and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Permission to use the app does not transfer ownership of the software or permit copying, modification, resale, or reverse engineering except where the law expressly allows it.
6. Availability and warranties
Third-party services can change or stop working without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Tivio is provided without warranties about uninterrupted availability, provider compatibility, or the accuracy and legality of third-party information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes and support
These terms may be updated as the app, its distribution, or applicable requirements change. The current version will remain available here. Questions can be submitted through the Tivio support page.
